Or make it, they tell you how their communications line work etc
but no source code and expect you to deal with it? :D

Actually some guy had already worked out the programming, but it
was too much for me to comprehend. My needs were pretty simple, but
that code was like trying to open a durian with high-tech laser
beams. I simply couldn't get it to run the way I need it to
run.
They actually have a very active discussion forum hosted by the
company, but it was too much technical jargon for me to handle, and
the pros there were pretty dismissive of n00bs like me.
In the end, I used another much simpler code which was already
bundled with the software and managed to manipulate it to my rather
simple needs.
